This experience, coupled with his leadership in operations management, strategic planning, and business development, has positioned him as a uniquely versatile executive.

At his core, Austin is driven by service to his clients, his team, and most importantly, his family. Guided by values of integrity, persistence, and courage, and inspired by mentors such as Ed Mylett, Alex Hormozi, and Keaton Hoskins, Austin lives by the philosophy: “Learn fast, make courageous choices, and do so much volume that it would be unreasonable not to succeed. And bring the people you love along with you.”

When he’s not in the field or at the office, Austin can be found training, spending quality time with his family, or pursuing passions such as fitness, cars, and combative arts. His mission is clear: to continue building a legacy of excellence in protective services while creating new opportunities for the next chapters of his career and beyond.
